"Brothers", charcoal quick sketch

"Confident MaryEllen", charcoal quick sketch

"Charlie", charcoal quick sketch

The top picture is a piece that Charlie created for me for Mother's Day. I haven't framed it yet, but it is up in my living room. Love it.

These two scratch board etchings are done by my eldest son Charlie. I think that he shows a gift for design and composition. I really like these. He has let me keep them and they will be on my walls. I never thought of Charlie as an artist, but these scratch board drawings are true works of art. I love them.

The fast charcoal sketch of Charlie is one of my first attempts at trying to be an artist. These two white on black etchings are the beginnings of the "artist" Charlie.
